Retun Policy

We offer easy returns within 14 days after the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In case of any missing part of the products or the packaging, the courier cannot pick up the items from your side.

In case of refunding for no reason or just changing your mind, the order can be returned but is subject to return fees to be paid by the customer.

In case of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or mended, you will receive a full free refund within 2–4 working days from the request.

In case of paying online through a debit or credit card, the amount will be transferred within 7–14 days according to your bank.

For COD orders exceeding 2,000 EGP, refunds will be processed through online banking.
