Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

In case of any missing part of the products or the packaging, the courier cannot pick up the items from your side.

In case of receiving wrong orders or a manufacturing fault, the exchange will be done free of charge within 2–4 working days from the request.

In case of exchange due to choosing the wrong size (for rings) or changing your mind, the order can be exchanged but will be subject to shipping fees to be paid by the customer.
